Human connection is at the heart of what we do at Intrinzic and brings the hearts of our community together beyond. We believe in our community and the impact it has on fostering meaningful connections with one another. Since 1999, our approach has never deviated from our mission to connect people, form bonds, and spark human connection for a better world. We strive to elevate our employees, clients, and work but also the community we live and work in.

INSPIRE

As an honored recipient of the WE Celebrate Community Impact Award, we are inspired every day to continue aligning the needs of our community and its people. Our collaborative approach influences the choices we make each day to build stronger brands and strengthening bonds within the place we live and work.

Every year, we have the opportunity to contribute to different pro-bono initiatives ranging from Catholic Children Charities, Children’s Inc., NKU COI, Newport Club BGC, United Way Tocqueville Society, Brandery, and more. Our longstanding relationship with the Greater Cincinnati Boys & Girls Clubs, with our CEO Wendy Vonderhaar as Chair of the Marketing Committee, it’s been our goal to provide marketing strategies and materials to elevate their presence and share their positive message with the rest of our community. And even participate in a dodgeball game every now and then!

 

INVOLVEMENT

Each member of our team contributes their talents and time to a variety of community outreach initiatives ranging from volunteering, pro-bono work, and teaching. We’ve had the opportunity to support multiple organizations both on the clock and in our free time. Tiny Hearts, Red Show Crew of Ronald McDonald House, the Hyde Park Neighborhood Council, Holly Hill Child & Family Solutions, Ursuline Academy and Biz Women Cabinet are few of many incredible organizations that Intrinzic support.
