Account Manager

Intrinzic is looking for an Account Manager to support our Client Strategy Team in the areas of strategic project management, client relationship management, internal team coordination and documentation, vendor oversight, and timeline management. You will work closely with the client and internal team in managing activities to help the team successfully execute existing projects within timeline and within budget. This includes but may not be limited to the management of a specific ongoing strategic marketing campaign.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
  • 5+ years of experience in related field
  • Leadership experience preferred
Requirements
  • Partner with the client and internal team to create the vision for the campaign and build the campaign strategy.
  • Oversee entire project from theme development to completion, and evaluation
  • Lead the team using the finer skills of project management while also being able to step in and contribute ideas and guidance where necessary
  • Supervise the execution of the project and delegate tasks where necessary
  • Be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing activities, and supporting the development of tactics to meet the fast-paced needs of the campaign. The various pillars of the campaign include social media, email, advertising, media relations, etc. which will require active coordination of team activities and deliverables on a daily basis.
  • Management, coordination and organization of the internal team across campaign pillars, including circulating project information to internal team of designers and content strategists, file organization and server management, vendor communication/follow-up
  • Demonstrate ability to create and manage timelines across multiple projects, initiatives and channels within overall campaign. Coordinate and prioritize team activities to meet timelines aligned with the client – includes tracking deliverables and providing status reports.
  • Plan, schedule and participate in internal and client meetings and anticipate next steps. Following meetings, provide a summary of project activities and internal assignments.
  • Exercise and maintain continuous quality assurance in the review of all project work. Includes proofing content, reviewing client deliverables and due dates to ensure accuracy
  • Own the financial management of the campaign deliverables including monthly client billing, vendor invoice tracking and approval.
  • Experience with social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube) and WordPress will be necessary to support project tasks.
  • Project management success is dependent on being proficient in programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google documents.
Responsibilities on this team include, but are not limited to:
  • Client Relationship Ownership:
    • Building/maintaining relationship with new client each year
    • Schedule and own all client meetings, meeting recaps and status reports
    • Serve as single point of contact for all client needs
    • Ensure both internal and client teams adhere to contract terms
  • Administrative Management:
    • Develop yearly Statement of Work (SOW) and collaborate with client to align on scope
    • Develop wrap-up report at the end of each campaign highlighting key outcomes and metrics
  • Ownership and Management of all campaign parts and pieces….
    • Website- content and page updates
    • Social Media – development of communications plan and social media posting
    • Email –development of communications plan and deploying email campaigns (Mailchimp experience a plus)
    • Advertising – manage paid media partnership and timeline
    • Giveaways & Merch – execution of giveaway strategy
    • Media Relations – partner with PR agency on development of earned media plan and manage execution of deliverables and timeline
