Intrinzic is seeking a full-time content strategist. We’re looking for a thinker, who elevates everything he or she touches. The ideal candidate for this position is malleable, resourceful and disciplined, and will act as a spark that ignites inspiration for the creative team. The content strategist will be a catalyst that brings conceptual ideas to life, bridging the gap between strategy and the final execution.

This person will bring inspired strategic solutions to the table and collaboratively work with the team on projects, with assistance from the Chief Strategy Officer when needed. The ideal candidate is able to understand and apply the discipline of design thinking across all deliverables to solve clients’ business challenges. Deliverables include strategic documents, conceptual ideas, long-form copy, headlines/directional copy, presentations, proposals and deliverables for various forms of traditional and digital media.

Functional Skills and Duties

  • Participating in the development of brand strategies, brand vision and creation of solutions to key marketplace challenges.
  • Leading the process of developing compelling, conceptual brand stories, internal and external communications and brand content.
  • Leading the process of developing brand character, voice and messaging approaches for brands.
  • Mapping out a content strategy for clients that supports and extends brand messaging into marketing and communications initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is essential.
  • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and executing across all channels of content including online, social media, email, point-of-purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person.
  • Responsible for the development of functional content calendar/editorial calendar throughout verticals, and defining unique messaging tracks for key stakeholder groups.
  • Integration of content activities within traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Participating in the development of standards, systems and best practices for content strategy, creation, distribution, and maintenance, including the real-time implementation of content strategies.
  • Working with Account Management to establish workflow for requesting, creating, editing and publishing content.
  • Work closely with company’s Chief Strategy Officer and Creative team on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels.

Other Skills and Abilities Required

  • Proven writing/editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English language.
  • Skill at both long-form content creation, conceptual content and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies and tactics.
  • The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
  • Clear articulation of the business goals behind the creation of content.
  • Leadership skills required to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors and content types
  • A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly.


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field. Master’s Degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience as a writer, strategist and content creator (copywriting, business writing, journalism, public relations, etc.)
  • Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics.
  • Expertise in all major business software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).

Intrinzic is on the hunt for an account director who is looking to be an inspirational spark for clients and the team they are working with. This person enjoys taking the lead and is also willing and able to be the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, guiding those businesses in the development/application of the agreed-upon brand/marketing plans. A bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years experience in an agency environment are the baseline requirements.

Reports to: Design Director, Sarah Fry


You are a rock. You elevate everything you touch, including brand and digital development. You are malleable, resourceful and disciplined. You are adaptable and collaborative in nature, and feel most comfortable working with a strategic and nimble team. You are responsible for conceptualizing, designing and developing high- quality strategic brand-based and web-based materials that align with specific client needs while meeting deadlines and making an impact on our clients and community. You are able to understand and apply strategic design thinking across all deliverables to solve client’s business challenges. Deliverables (both brand and digital development) include but are not limited to: strategic design concepts, logo work, conceptual pathways, wireframes, sitemaps, website design, brand toolboxes, presentations, proposals, brand guidelines and deliverables for print and digital media.

  • Generate brilliant design concepts, applying design thinking and strategy, and see them through from concept to completion: web and print
  • Must be able to provide quality assurance to all projects; every step of the project
  • Has a basic understanding of HTML, CSS programming as it relates to design
  • Work with development and/or production vendors and partners to successfully produce the digital and/or print products
  • Update and maintain current web properties while keeping a high standard of UI/UX
  • Interface design, site architecture, website design, application, design, familiar with front end coding, minimal back end coding, and basic website maintenance are part of digital capabilities
  • Logo work, conceptual pathways, toolbox development and brand guidelines are part of branding capabilities


  • Be a strong design lead and help guide design thinking as well as brand strategy for design deliverables across branding and digital projects
  • Empowered to make decisions based on understanding and adhering to the client supplied specifications
  • Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies; keep team members informed as appropriate, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of market trends
  • Conduct ongoing research, education and trial of new technologies and tools that impact web design, application design and user experience. Educate the creative and account teams about new ideas, opportunities and techniques that can evolve our product
  • Position self as digital expert/specialist but still work across brand deliverables
