Wendy Vonderhaar founded Intrinzic in 1999 with the goal of building a full-service branding and communications agency serving clients in one of the world’s largest brand hubs. The agency boasts an impressive client roster including P&G, NKU, AAA and Johnson Investment Counsel as well as a long list of industry awards and a talented team of professionals.
Intrinzic was founded almost 20 years ago on the concept of making an impact — in our clients’ businesses; our team members’ lives and, ultimately, in our community. I am driven to uphold that vision and am inspired by our talented team that pushes the quality of our work and each other to live this vision each day.
Wendy is very active in the community and drives this mindset at Intrinzic. She currently serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati and NKU’s College of Informatics. In addition, Intrinzic has provided pro-bono services to all of these organizations and also to many others such as Catholic Charities, United Way’s Tocqueville Society and Portrait of a Soul to name a few.
Wendy’s honors include being named a Distinguished Entrepreneur by NKU, the 100 Heroes and Community Service Award from United Way, the WE Celebrate Community Impact Award from the Cincinnati Chamber, the Women of Influence Award from Venue Magazine and the Women Making a Difference award from Notre Dame Academy.
Wendy earned her bachelor’s degree from Miami University and her MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to founding Intrinzic, Wendy started her career at Convergys and was also a Manager at Deloitte in their consulting division. Wendy lives in Lakeside Park, KY with her husband Gregg and three children.
