Intrinzic is hiring for a Design Strategist — a creative genius with the skills to develop new innovative visual solutions and execute designs based on established guidelines for a wide range of print and digital applications that achieve the strategic needs of the client. Our ideal candidate would love collaborating closely with coworkers in and out of the visual department, and learning from them with every project they touch. Functional Requirements
- Generate brilliant design concepts that follow creative briefs and see them through from concept, to design, to production with assistance from senior team members
- Ability to present your work with strong rationale and thinking along with executional details
- Proficient in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, Sketch and shared Google documents while ensuring files follow department set up and maintenance procedures
- Exercise and maintain continuous quality assurance in the execution of all project work
- Demonstrate strong time-management skills, including the ability to work on multiple small to medium-sized design projects simultaneously
Communication Requirements
- Ability to engage and collaborate cross-functionally with the account strategy team, senior design strategists and design/creative directors
- Be professional, passionate and present
- Accept constructive feedback from senior team members and apply it
- Work proactively and maintain communication to ensure proper timing and visual deliverables
Leadership Requirements
- Strong team player with ability to perform, deliver, and learn by example
- Team participation in concepting efforts for client and internal projects
- Participate in client meetings when invited
- Participate and help lead internal team/group
- Build relationships with all team members, partners, vendors and clients when applicable
Strategy Requirements
- Bring a thoughtful level of design strategy as well as a basic brand strategy to design deliverables Understand and adhere to the client supplied specification and design application
- Contribute to design thinking and strategy of larger projects and initiatives when asked to participate
