Wendy Vonderhaar dove head first into agency ownership in 1999 when she purchased a small graphic design firm, Lodge & Associates, and went on to build it into a full-service branding and communications agency serving clients in one of the world’s largest brand hubs. The agency boasts an impressive client roster including P&G, American Modern Insurance Group, NKU and Johnson Investment Counsel as well as a long list of industry awards and a talented team of professionals.
“Intrinzic was founded almost 20 years ago on the concept of making an impact — in our clients’ businesses; our team members’ lives and, ultimately, in our community. I am driven to uphold that vision and am inspired by our talented team that pushes the quality of our work and each other to live this vision each day.
Wendy is very active in the community and drives this mindset at Intrinzic. She currently serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, NKU’s College of Informatics and the Cincinnati Junior Rowing Club. In addition, Intrinzic currently provides pro-bono services to all of these organizations and historically to many others such as Catholic Charities, United Way’s Tocqueville Society and Portrait of a Soul to name a few.
Wendy’s honors include being named a Distinguished Entrepreneur by NKU, the 100 Heroes and Community Service Award from United Way, the WE Celebrate Community Impact Award from the Cincinnati Chamber, the Women of Influence Award from Venue Magazine and the Women Making a Difference award from Notre Dame Academy.
Wendy earned her bachelor’s degree from Miami University and her MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Wendy lives in Lakeside Park, KY with her husband Gregg and three children.
