Reach Out and Make That Connection:

“We are all connected by a thousand invisible threads and along these sympathetic fibers, our actions run as causes and return to us as results.”

We found this quote while brainstorming our holiday activities here at Intrinzic and it immediately struck a chord with our entire team. On first reading, I fell in love with it. Not only do I think it captures the best things about this time of year, it also captures the essence of the collaborative culture of the agency.

This quote is both inspirational and a very elegant statement about the power of collaboration, the connection between people that creates…something, anything. It gets to the emotion involved in the process of collaboration and to the heart of why we at Intrinzic have put collaboration at the center of our company. Yes, we believe it creates better results, but like most things in life, it is the path to those results that really matters. The connections and the inspiration that happens between team members who have truly opened themselves up to collaboration is the way we do amazing things together.

I am humbled to be part of this collaborative that is Intrinzic. Each day I am inspired, challenged to be better, and I get to be part of something that is bigger than any one individual. And that is what the holiday season is about for me—celebrating the time to connect with family, friends, teammates and colleagues as we recognize the good in each other and the world around us.

This holiday season, Intrinzic is celebrating the connections we’ve made this year, collaborating with brands of all types and sizes. From non-profits and start-ups, to universities and global corporations, we’ve met advocates, educators and entrepreneurs who have inspired us to create the brands, design the experiences and fine-tune the messaging that put their passions in front of more people, building their audiences and growing their loyal customer base.

Here is to hoping you and yours have a wonderful holiday season and that those “thousand invisible threads” connect you to the things you care about most.
