I believe my calling in life is to be the light that can make someone’s day a little bit better and being able to accomplish that with words is amazing. Creativity for me is first and foremost a form of expression, a need, an instinct.”

Amanda is an energetic and results-driven account leader with a passion for creative excellence and collaboration. Amanda comes to Intrinzic with a strong background in advertising, branding, relationship marketing, and digital marketing. She has worked on industry leading brands in the packaged good space including Crest, Huggies, Kleenex, Luvs, and Crisco, among other categories and industries. Amanda excels at leading her internal teams as well as fostering strategic client relationships to produce exceptional work.

Amanda lives in Mason with her husband Brian, their three boys, and their annoying, but loveable Mal-Shi, Winston. When she’s not cheering on her boys from the sidelines, Amanda gets excited about cooking, wine, travel, yoga and tennis.

I believe the best strategic or creative work comes out of true collaboration.  Both within the internal team and with the client. I am passionate about discovering a client’s true vision for their brand and helping their brand reach its full potential. My goal is to create a relationship where there is a genuine partnership, identifying and solving brand challenges together. When a brand fully understands themselves, they are better able to align with their audiences.

Creating impactful and authentic brands that meet business objectives begins with a collaborative process, an ability to connect the dots, and a mind that’s open to all there is to discover. This perspective is what drives Courtney to bring brands to life every day.

I’m inspired every day by our clients’ willingness to collaborate and dig deep to uncover their brand’s truth. I thrive on the challenge of reading in between the lines to connect themes and patterns and discover unique ways to articulate those visually.

Courtney is described as a passionate, driven, natural-born leader who loves solving complex design challenges. With 10+ years of experience in both small and large agencies, Courtney has collaborated with teams of every facet to lead and execute strategic branding, complex digital design solutions and brand experience deliverables to solve business needs.

Outside of work, Courtney loves to step away from the computer and explore all nature has to offer. Whether it’s backpacking with her husband in Red River Gorge or a neighborhood walk around Bellevue with her Golden Retriever, she believes there’s no better way to escape the day-to-day than to step outside.

With 30 years racked up in this business, there is only one thing Dave admits to knowing for sure – that a great culture beats any kind of planning. Culture becomes your brand and your brand is your culture. Period.

Dave’s career is been about learning, and collecting ideas from the best in the business. He has been part of counsel brands ranging from Anheuser-Busch, Trans World Airlines, Disney, Tide, Ethyl Chemical, Folgers, Square D, among too many others to count. This purposefully, broad-based experience has helped him to become a culture driven leader, a business problem solver, as well as a change management resource.

I am an unapologetic champion of collaboration because I have seen the impact it can have on a company and on the people who chose to actively participate in it. Yes, it is hard, messy and inherently inefficient, but it is worth the effort – every time.

He continues to spend most of his time ensuring all the pieces to “the puzzle” fit together – and remaining constructively discontent in his approach to the world.

Wendy Vonderhaar founded Intrinzic in 1999 with the goal of building a full-service branding and communications agency serving clients in one of the world’s largest brand hubs. The agency boasts an impressive client roster including P&G, NKU, AAA and Johnson Investment Counsel as well as a long list of industry awards and a talented team of professionals.

Intrinzic was founded almost 20 years ago on the concept of making an impact — in our clients’ businesses; our team members’ lives and, ultimately, in our community. I am driven to uphold that vision and am inspired by our talented team that pushes the quality of our work and each other to live this vision each day.

Wendy is very active in the community and drives this mindset at Intrinzic. She currently serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati and NKU’s College of Informatics. “My greatest hope is that everything we do truly inspires people and organizations, and changes the way they think about themselves. Over nearly 30 years, Chris has led creative and innovation at some of the most progressive agencies in the region, setting vision for brands such as Welch’s, GE Healthcare, Procter & Gamble, Brown Forman, NFL, Valvoline, and H.J. Brilliant, strategic design thinking comes from collaboration and toeing the line between structure and freedom. That’s the creative leadership and strategy Sarah brings to the Intrinzic team.

Described as passionate and committed, Sarah works to ensure that her team and clients always benefit from inspiration, enthusiasm, support and true collaboration and partnership every step of the way.

I truly believe the most valuable resource that we all have as individuals is each other. Without collaboration, honest truth seeking, deep trust in yourself and one another and positively building up authentic strengths of others, our growth is limited to our own perspectives.

Her approach and dedication to conversation helps brands come to life in a creative, insightful and truthful manner…all with an entertaining demeanor along the way. By tapping into cultural insights, emotional drivers and socio-economic trends, Sarah leads creative solutions that deliver optimal design expressions with measurable business results.

Sarah’s 15 years of experience includes roles with branding and design agencies, large and small, working across a broad portfolio of global brands, both consumer facing and in the business-to-business category. Sarah is an Indianapolis native but a very proud University of Dayton alum who graduated in 2007 with a BFA, Design and Visual Communications. When she’s not managing her work team, she is working from her North Avondale home at her second (arguably more challenging) job managing her husband, their two young children and their whimsically charismatic Goldendoodle.
